Directed inside and field service, distribution and install operations for this major manufacturing facility, with a team of over 140 employees, 2 Managers and 5 Supervisors. Worked with budgeting, cost management, people development and process improvement.  Established policy, process and performance reviews for staff focused on providing industry leading customer service.



  • Improved On Time Delivery by 17% increasing Customer Satisfaction survey results.

  • Consistently met Install revenue and cost budget in 2016 while reducing leads times by 10 days.

Directed operations for the manufacturing facility, including over 200 employees and 6 managers. Conducted strategic planning for the location, covering training, vision, customer service, and planning for long-term growth. Oversaw all performance milestones, equipment maintenance schedules, quality systems compliance and inventory. Coordinated safety initiatives with Environmental Safety and Health specialist. Established objectives and conducted performance reviews for staff members. Accountable for the profit and loss for a $27M budget, including approval authority over all major expenditures and requisitions. Recruited a highly skilled and results-oriented management team.
