-Responsible for the inspection and safe operation of all equipment at assigned stations. Starts, stops, operates, and controls generators, pumps, emergency generators, auxiliary equipment, various plant systems, water conveyance systems, and dam equipment through Local, Local Automatic, or Supervisory control.-Ensures project equipment is operated within parameters established through operating orders and Standing Operating Procedures (SOPs). Takes corrective action when responding to equipment annunciators, alarms, and SCADA information. Initiates corrective measures needed to address or avoid plant contingencies and equipment emergencies.-Keeps accurate and legible operation logs. Prepares and completes reports on operations, system failures, water releases, and power generation. Initiates work requests as needed. Communicates and coordinates with outside agencies on river changes, environmental hazards, and spill changes affecting the fish hatchery.-Performs routine daily and emergency situation inspections of dams, structures, and other related equipment in accordance with SOPs and emergency preparedness plans. Assists in assessing actual or potential damage to facilities and threats to personal safety during the emergency. Assists in the diagnosis of equipment problems through the use of schematic diagrams, computer logic diagrams, flow diagrams, and personal knowledge base. Minimum qualifications for trades and labor positions are determined by evaluation of job elements. You must meet at least 2 points on the screen-out element(s) and obtain an average of at least 2 points on all of the job elements in order to be considered qualified for this position. Experience that would not normally be part of an applicant's position may be creditable when documented by satisfactory evidence (e.g., a memorandum from the manager or human resources director, SF-52, or similar documentation). Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
