Public Utilities Specialist
Acts as System Administrator for the MV-90 application. Analyzes, recommends, designs, tests and coordinates any necessary modifications/upgrades to the remote interrogation metering system. Provides technical expertise, guidance and advice to other technical personnel and managers. Delivers customized technical training for customers and SNR personnel. Performs MV-90 duties including meter data interrogation, compilation, verification, calculation, communication and submission. Installation, modification, configuration and testing of MV-90 systems. Acts as technical lead and perform regular duties for energy accounting, settlement and power billing, including development of business procedures and review work of others. experience as an expert user of MV-90 systems for meter data interrogation and validation, experience in submission of meter data according to California Independent System Operator (CAISO) protocols and tariff and experience in development and deployment of meter data systems in regional electricity markets such as the CAISO Energy Imbalance Market.
