Equipment and Facilities Maintenance Planner (MPP)(FR)

At the full performance GS-12 level, the incumbent serves as an Equipment and Facilities Maintenance Planner, developing outyear program requirements, evaluating and reporting program results, and preparing and reviewing key documentation in support of contracts, service agreements, and amendments and modifications.-Formulates program requirements (outyear planning, developing and recommending goals and objectives, activity plan review for consistency and accuracy, conformance with goals and objectives, etc.)-Coordinates activities with all levels of Area Office personnel, including management, engineering staff, technical support staff, craft personnel, and administrative support staff.-Works closely with the supervisors involved in emergency or preventative maintenance (PM) tasks.-Researches and organizes data into maintenance procedure manuals for all project generators, pump units, and pump generators.-Prepares various reports on maintenance planning, progress, and accomplishment.-Coordinates overall job priorities, criteria, and schedule requirements with the Division Chief and maintenance supervisors or lead craft personnel.-Determines parts needed to support the job. Visits the proposed work site to develop a written plan together with estimates of time, labor, tools, and material costs.-Coordinates with maintenance managers, the facility manager, and operations staff to schedule work. Applicants must have one year of specialized experience as defined below:

GS-12:
Experience analyzing, planning and scheduling maintenance and preventative maintenance activities for large complex electrical and mechanical equipment and systems and/or major facilities and supporting infrastructures; experience evaluating and performing maintenance activities for dams, powerplants, switchyards, water conveyance systems, pumping plants, fish and wildlife facilities, auxiliary systems or supporting infrastructure. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
