Microsoft Stack Technical Lead / Architect
AgreeYa seeks a dedicated and practiced Microsoft Application Project Manager.
For this Senior-level IT project management role, the ideal candidate will be experienced in managing large application development projects within the Microsoft stack that encompass complex systems integrations, as well as staff management and client engagement.
The focus of this role includes the successful management of expectations with the client, ability to focus and perform under pressure and navigate a highly political client environment while having attention to detail and dependencies, proactive identification and management of risks, day-to-day delivery of Microsoft application development projects and services, enhancement of practice capabilities, standardization of methods and mechanisms utilized, and managing project budget and resource allocation.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Work with the project team to successfully deliver on the project results through Requirements and Design, Implementation, Quality Assurance Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Deployment and/or iterations involving these phases - Full life cycle Microsoft application development project management from SOW formulation to project closure with little oversight - Collaborating with fellow PMs on project staffing and task and resource allocation - Coordinating communications between client and internal team - Managing milestones for successful, on-time, on-budget completion, providing reporting as necessary against baseline schedule, and conducting post-project lessons learned meetings - Providing feedback to technical team leads on the performance of project teams EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS - Application development project management experience within the IT project field, with involvement in the entire software life cycle - Proven recent successful delivery of projects within the Microsoft stack (Custom application development, Azure, CRM, SharePoint, etc.
) - BA/BS degree or equivalent - PMP certification (preferred but not required) - Experience delivering iteratively within fixed price engagements or time and materials engagements - Demonstrated experience in using MS Project / Project Online - Ability to apply proven project management methodologies and practices, including:
IT Implementation (e.
g.
CMM and CMMI), IT Service delivery and Support (e.
g.
ITIL Foundation), or Project Management fundamentals (e.
g.
PMI or equivalent) - Demonstrated understanding of the PMO as a strategic asset, a basis for continuous improvement and the role of driving organizational maturity in an evolving environment - Strong customer service orientation - Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Mandatory Skills Microsoft stack, Azure, Power BI, MS-CRM, custom Microsoft development experience Should be able to work on solutioning, proposals/project estimation and costing Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
