Must be able to work on your own and in a group environment.
Responsibilities Provide administrative support to lawyer and enhance office effectiveness Handle communication with clients and the court Administratively support and prepare for court hearings/trials Locate and develop case relevant information Type up and file basic legal documents and correspondence Answer and direct phone calls Monitor deadlines and juggle calendars Skills Proven working experience as legal assistant or paralegal Familiarity with probate and estate planning law, legal procedures and protocols, and court system Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office Computer literacy Proficiency in English Working knowledge of case management software Excellent secretarial and organizational skills Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure Notary preferred but not required Work Remotely No Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
