Located in the Greater Sacramento Area, we're seeking an experienced full-time RESTAURANT & BAR MANAGER to take the lead in our high-volume establishment.
UOB is a family-owned and locally operated venture, boasting seven unique locations, each radiating a sense of community pride.

As a Restaurant & Bar Manager at UOB, your workweek will typically consist of five 10-hour shifts, adding up to 50 hours per week.
Your working hours will be primarily during evenings and weekends, with our establishments typically opening around 11 AM and closing between 10 PM to midnight.
This will include two opening shifts, two closing shifts, and one mid-shift.
However, flexibility is key as hours may vary based on business needs, emergencies, and events.
Job Role:
As the Restaurant & Bar Manager, you'll be the coach of our vibrant location, overseeing operations from the kitchen to the bar.
You'll lead our team, uphold high service standards, and create a lively, engaging atmosphere that showcases our love for craft beer and exceptional food.
Experience:
The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with previous experience as a server or bartender.
At least 2 years of management or leadership experience or an equivalent leadership role is preferred, but a deep-rooted love for craft beer and tantalizing dishes is a must! Career Advancement:

For entry-level Restaurant Managers, we typically start at $65K annually, progressing up to $70K upon the successful completion of our leadership training program.
However, our experienced managers with a proven track record of success earn from $80K to $100K before performance-based bonuses.
