Provides health care instructions to the patient as appropriate per assessment and plan or care.
Counsel the patients and family accordingly to diagnosis plan.
Provides a complete physical assessment and history of current and previous illness(s).
Able to create treatment plans for interventions.
Initiates the plan of care and makes necessary revisions as patient status and needs change.
Able to perform Trigger Point Injections (TPI), Joint & Bursa Injections , Occipital Nerve Blocks and Botox Injections.
