PRISM is looking for a Member Services Technician to add to our innovative and customer-focused team.
The Member Services Technician is a support position that will assist with implementing existing and future marketing efforts, and contemplate how to best display our products and services using advanced technologies.
They will help manage video productions across a variety of platforms including, but not limited to, our website, social media sites, broadcasting, and video streaming services.
In addition, they will assist in event promotion by creating digital and print advertisements and in the management of our website Toolbox and PRISMtv.
To promote member engagement, the Member Services Technician will also create content for the delivery of information and follow up on outcomes from member meetings conducted by the Chief Member Services Officer and the Member Services Supervisor.
For Committee meetings, they will assist the Member Services Assistant in preparing agendas, minutes, and departmental document management, and take on other duties as assigned Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate has experience providing exceptional customer service to a diverse customer base, and is comfortable working alone or in a team environment.
The ideal candidate will also be a creative thinker with excellent communication skills.
Experience in marketing, advertising and administrative support is helpful but not required.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is desired.
Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications.
