ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Project hardware staging, configuration and testing prior to onsite deployment.
Work cross-functionally to resolve deployment or integration issues quickly, leveraging resources from across the company as needed.
For technical related issues, work directly with EVS Vendors/Suppliers as the day-to-day point of contact and escalating issues to Management as required.
Develop, facilitate and manage the Region's Hardware repair procedures for hardware inventory spares, in accordance to 3rd party requirements.
Raise logistics related POs, review AP invoices and provide client allocation in a timely manner.
Communicate Staging & Logistics documentation change management as required.
Accurate and on time updates to relevant internal tools as required (e.
g.
Call Management Systems, Inventory Systems, Timesheets, performance Reviews) Logistically manage Telecommunication SIM cards as inventory items including the tracking of active cards and work with telecommunication vendors to deactivate and request new SIM cards.
Back-up to the Logistics Coordinator for the Region as needed:
ensure adequate quantity and quality of stocked parts, conduct region stock take (physical inventory counts) as required, maintain stock accuracy at 99% or better, decommission equipment for timely inventory readiness, oversee daily shipping/receiving processes, review invoices as received from shipping courier and provide customer allocation, process shipment for 3rd party repairs.
Ensure inventory requiring calibration meet calibration requirements according to procedures.
Oversee Sentinel on Demand (SOD) depot process, work with SOD cross functional teams, ensure Depot management function is fulfilled, returns are decommissioned timely and customer support issues are handled or escalated accordingly.
Drive cost improvement efforts and consider cost implications with all expenditures.
Work with Field Services in conducting in-house repairs.
Ensure all corrective maintenance forms are completed and delivered to the customer base in a timely manner.
Assist Field Services Technicians to communicate with clients both pre and post site visit.
Help coordinate onsite work and ensure it aligns with both the client and technicians' schedules.
Work with Project Managers to schedule project installations.
Schedule Annual Preventative Maintenance and Inspection visits -- Maintain Preventative Maintenance schedule, ensure technicians and subcontractors utilize correct Preventative Maintenance forms, complete the event timely and submit reports according to the schedule.
Review open tickets, work with technicians and subcontractors to ensure tickets are accurately recorded in the Call Management system with pre and post visit information.
Monitor queues and ensure Service Levels are not breached.
Escalate required actions to assigned resource.
Manage the resource calendar for project installs, service calls and Preventative Maintenance events.
Assist Field Services Manager with review of service contracts to ensure services delivered aligns with contract terms.
Track Technical & Safety training completed by Field Technicians Work closely with the Logistics Coordinator to ship required parts for the Field Service Technicians and Subcontractors.
Additional tasks as required by manager.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE Preferred at least 3 years of experience in a similar role/industry.
Fluent in Spanish and English, spoken and written.
Computer Skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Able to do physical labor such as lifting and standing for short periods of time.
Familiarity with common hand tools and lightweight handheld power tools Experience using a voltmeter and other low voltage diagnostic equipment with 12-volt power systems.
Strong telephone and email communication skills.
Able to communicate effectively, both written and verbally with both internal and external customers Highly competent in the areas of accuracy, organization, adaptability, dependability, and teamwork Strong drive and self-motivation, data driven with high attention to detail.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and complete within agreed timeframes.
