We have an Automotive Service Advisor position open for the right person.
We are a well established, family owned Automotive Repair Shop in the Sacramento and Folsom community.
We are now interviewing quality individuals to join our successful team.
This sales position requires someone who is self-motivated, a strong leader, and someone that understands the importance of strong relationships with their customers and co-workers.
Responsibilities Greet customers promptly Obtain customer and vehicle information Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer Determine and recommend maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts Establish follow up time Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order Explain all completed work and charges to customers Requirements Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction Demonstrated ability to manage others Organized and friendly personality Professional presentation High school diploma or GED Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willing to submit to background check Job Type:
