aspx?examCD=3PBAU Under the supervision of the Staff Services Manager I (Staff Development Manager), the SSA functions as a Travel Specialist and is responsible for facilitating all statewide travel arrangements for new staff to attend the monthly New Employee Orientation (NEO) training.
The incumbent assists with organizing, developing, coordinating, and conducting training programs, and supporting the management of CALPIA's training program.
Typical training programs include, but are not limited to, the following:
mandatory in-service training, leadership development, comprehensive supervisory training, professional technical training, and comprehensive new employee orientation programs.
The Incumbent supports the Staff Development Unit (SDU), through positive interaction as a member of a team or group as directed by the Staff Development Manager.
