You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
We have three different locations with Part-time, Full-Time and Seasonal opportunities.

Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints Deliver an outstanding store experience that improves customer loyalty and strengthens our brand.
Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Driving sales through retail promotions with a positive attitude! Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
