Responsibilities:
Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leadsHold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful closeSeek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget
Qualifications:
Must have a valid Real Estate LicenseAn established track record of successful real estate sales Experience with the local real estate market and general trendsAt least one year of experience as a buyer's agent or relevant real estate experienceApplicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree desiredMust possess great communication and interpersonal skillsAbout CompanyAre you ready to make a real difference to families?
