Agents are needed in the Folsom, Sacramento, Central Valley, Tahoe and Foothills area. We are looking for the consummate professional. One who is comfortable sitting down with a customer, looking them in the eye, and providing honest and sincere guidance about the products and services being discussed. We want you if you are team focused and motivated to go above and beyond your day-to-day responsibilities to help a client or a team member. Position Specifics:
Ownership of a thriving agent book of business
Consistent education and supportive training and mentoring programs
One on once training and coaching weekly and monthly as you learn your role and grow
Engaging customer marketing programs designed with the success of your team in mind
Highly competitive compensation structure and financial assistance package

Skills and Requirements:
High School Diploma; a college degree preferred (not required)
1-2 years of customers service or sales experience
Strong time management and organizational skills
Mid level computer literacy Outlook, Microsoft Office, comfortable on line
Basic understanding of Social Media its usefulness
Self Motivated, Goal Driven and a positive attitude
An interest in networking and community activitiesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
